IN 2009-10: Named the team MVP for the third year in a row ... Set the school-record in the 400 IM at the AEC, placing sixth at 4:07.56 ... Was ninth at the AEC in the 1650 yard freestyle event in 16:22.54 ... Placed eighth in the 200 yard fly with a time of 1:56.50...Was the recipient of the Palmer Plaque for Academic Excellence ... Named to the America East Commissioner’s Honor Roll ... A Maine Scholar-Athlete Silver Medal Award winner.

IN 2008-09: Named Maine's Most Valuable Swimmer for the second year in a row...Finished seventh in the 1650 free with a time of 16:31.51, ninth in the 400 IM in 4:10.70 and 12th in the 500 free with a time of 4:47.58, all at the America East Championships...Won the 200 fly event in 2:02.31 in a meet against Bryant and URI (11/7)...Placed second in both the 200 fly and 1000 free versus Stony Brook (11/8)...Won the 500 and 1000 free as well as the 200 fly against Keene State and Vermont (11/17)...Picked up a tenth place finish at the Boston University Invitational in the 1650 free event (11/24)...Was third in both the 500 and 1000 free at the URI Harold Anderson Invitational (12/8)...Won the 500 and 1000 free events as well as the 200 fly against Providence College (1/20)...Placed first in the 200 free and second in the 200 back versus Bowdoin (1/24)...Was fifth against Boston College in the 400 IM and seventh in the 1650 free (2/2)...Touched the wall in second place in both the 200 fly and 200 IM versus Boston University...Named to the America East Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

IN 2007-08: Named Maine's 2007-08 Most Valuable Swimmer... Finished seventh in the 1650 free and eighth in the 400 IM at the America East Championships... Won the 1000 free and the 500 free against Rhode Island (10/27)... Won the 200 fly, the 500 free and the 200 IM at Stony Brook (11/10)... Won the 800 free at Fairfield (11/11)... Won the 400 IM at Bowdoin (11/19)... Won the 1650 free at Rhode Island (11/30)... Won the 200 IM at BU (12/8)... Won the 800 free and the 200 IM at Providence (1/19) Won the 200 fly against BC (1/25)... Won the 800 free relay against Dartmouth (2/2).

BEFORE MAINE: Captained his senior year for coach Stacy Overgaard at Highland Park ... Primarily swam distance freestyle, fly and IM ... Named All-State swimmer ... State qualifier 2004-2007 ... Four year All-Conference and section champion ... Named All Conference for cross country ... Also competes in triathlons ... Class valedictorian.
