IN 2012-13: Placed 13th in the 200-yard IM, finished seventh in the 400-yard IM (4:17.79) and had a seventh place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke at America East Championships.

IN 2011-12: Finished 16th in the 400-yard IM, 17th in the 200-yard butterfly and 24th in the 200-yard IM at the America East Championships ... Placed tenth in the 100-yard backstroke at the Husky Invitational hosted by UConn ... Finished third in the 200-yard butterfly at Bryant ... Placed eighth in the 200-yard butterfly against Boston University and Stony Brook ... Finished sixth in the 400-yard IM at the URI Invitational ... Finished fifth in the 200 SC meter butterfly at Providence ... Placed fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke and fifth in the 100-yard backstroke at Bowdoin ... BEFORE MAINE: Swam for coach Marcia Jones at Winslow High School and also swam club for coach Beth Prelgovisk … Captain for Winslow his junior and senior year … Holds school records in the 500 free, 200 free, 200 IM and the 100 fly … KVAC Class B All-Conference his junior and senior year.

PERSONAL: A Forestry major … Born April 21, 1992 … Son of Frank and Lisa Lachance … Also competed in soccer, baseball and tennis at Winslow … Captained the boys’ tennis team his senior year.
