IN 2008–09: Saw action in 27 games for the Black Bears during his rookie season... Finished 10-14-3 on the season with a 2.76 goals against average and a .895 save percentage... Recorded three shutouts... Named Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week three times and Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Month once... Began his career posting eight wins in his first 12 games... Recorded a shutout in his first collegiate game, a 2-0 win over Alaska (10/18)... Believed to be the first goalie in Maine history to post a shutout in his first career game... Allowed more than one goal just twice in his first seven games...
