In his roles, he worked with top collegiate players from around the nation.
The Westminster College alum was a four-year letter winner behind the plate, helping lead the Titans to the postseason in three of his four years.
After leaving school, he served as an assistant coach at Concord-Carlisle High School in 2014 and 2015 and at Concord Academy in 2016.
Kieffer has also worked with the New England Blazers AAU program, serving as both an instructor and as a head coach. His 17U team traveled to the Dominican Republic to compete internationally.
"Josh came highly recommended from former Black Bear coaches JP Pyne, John Schiffner and Aaron Izaryk. He will be assisting in the preparation of our hitters and our catchers. He has a strong ability to evaluate players and has shown a deep passion for teaching and communicating with players." - Head Coach Nick Derba
