Muzio joined the Maine baseball coaching staff in the fall of 2025. Before joining the Black Bears, he most recently is coming off a stint with the Utica Unicorns in the United Shore Professional Baseball League, where he hit .260 with a .416 OBP. In 2024, he served as an Assistant Coach for the Amsterdam Mowhawks in the Perfect Game Collegiate League, where he primarily worked with the infielders and coached first game.
After starting his playing career in 2019 with Northern Essex Community College, he transferred to Eckerd College before transferring a second time to UMass Dartmouth. While at Dartmouth, he was an All-Conference player and became just the sixth player all-time in DIII history to have reached base in 65 consecutive games.
He has his Masters degree in Business Administration and Concentration in Organizational Leadership.
