Before Maine: Andrew comes from Swansea, MA where he attends Providence Country Day School. Perfect Game ranks Ruggiero the #17 RHP in the State of Massachusetts. Andrew recently hit 90 mph at the Florida Baseball Ranch where he trains on a monthly basis. He plays his AAU Baseball for the GBG Hawks.
