ORONO, Maine – The University of Maine women's ice hockey team will take on New Hampshire in a Buffalo Wild Wings Border Battle scrimmage at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19 at Alfond Arena.

- This is the third straight season that Maine and New Hampshire have met in the preseason … their last matchup saw New Hampshire taking a 5-1 win on Sept. 20, 2025.
- Maine holds an overall record of 30-42-9 in the all-time series with UNH ... the Black Bears went 1-1-1 overall against the Wildcats last season, going 1-0-1 in Durham and 0-1-0 in Orono.
