ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine cross country programs return to action on Saturday Sept. 19 as they compete in the Maine State Meet hosted by Bowdoin College.
Event Information:
Logan Ross: The senior will be competing in his second race of the season. Ross finished 10th overall in Maine's opening meet with a time of 25:56.8.
Myles Head: The freshman was named America East Rookie of the Week after he finished 5th overall in Maine's opening meet against Army with a time of 25:39.1.
Female Athletes to Highlight:
Katelyn Macnamara: The senior dominated in her first race of the 2026 season. Macnamara finished as the individual women's winner in Maine's opening race against Army with a time of 18.13.9, finishing 16 seconds faster than the next competitor.
Lauren Hamilton: The sophomore is back in action after she competed in the season opening dual meet against Army where she finished 3rd overall with a time of 18:30.6.
