ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine cross country programs will travel to Lehigh University to compete in the Paul Short Run on Friday Oct. 2.
Event Information:
Adam Bendetson: The senior will be competing in his third race of the season. Bendetson finished 11th overall in the Maine State Meet with a time of 25:48.1.
Kai Morrow: The freshman will be competing in his third race of the season after finishing 7th overall at the Maine State Meet with a time of 25:50.9.
Female Athletes to Highlight:
Evelyn Wool:Â The sophomore is coming off an individual meet win at the Maine State Meet that lead to an America East Female Performer of the Week award.
Maggie Tripp: The freshman is competing in her third race of the season after finishing 7th in the Maine State Meet last time out in just her second cross country event.

- The Black Bears will have athletes competing in both Open races and both Gold races in the event
- The Men's open will start at 9:30 a.m. with the women following at 10:15 a.m.
- The men's gold will start at 11:00 a.m. and the women following at 11:45 a.m.
