STORRS, CT - The Maine women's hockey team fell to UConn in the Hockey East Quarterfinals on Saturday, 6-1, at Toscano Family Ice Forum.
UConn was able to score two goals per period to maintain the steady lead all game. It wasn't until under the seven minute mark left in the game that
Isabelle Michaud put Maine on the board from a powerplay goal. Michaud's goal was her 11th of the season. Mackenzie Podwell and
Lulu Rucinski tallied assists.
Maine's season comes to an end after the loss, with a final record of 13-19-4, 8-12-4 HE.

- Kiia Lahtinen played in her 33rd game of the season. She held a 12-16-4 record and a .923 save percentage.
- Lily Fetch led Maine with four shots on goal.
