ORONO, Maine -- "Fill the steins to dear old Maine!" The Maine Athletics 'Stein Games' collector series continues into the second semester with more dates announced.
At select games during the 2025-26 seasons, Maine Athletics will be issuing special, commemorative stein to UMaine students in attendance. Each of our varsity programs will have a featured on-campus game in which the first select number of UMaine students at each event will receive a stein. Students are encouraged to collect them all to complete the 2025-26 set!
The following is a list of upcoming Stein Games dates in the second semester. The remaining varsity program dates will be announced at a later date.
Swim & Dive: Jan. 24 vs. Providence (Steins to the first 50 students) - Wallace Pool, located inside Memorial Gymnasium
Men's Basketball: Feb. 5 vs. Vermont (Steins to the first 100 students) - Skip Chappelle Court
Women's Basketball: Feb. 26 vs. UAlbany (Steins to the first 100 students) - Skip Chappelle Court
All steins will be distributed following each event. Details on the process for collecting steins for each event will be released at a later date.
