Orono, Maine – The University of Maine baseball program has announced their 2026 schedule, which features a 52-game schedule, 15 of which will be played at Mahaney Diamond in Orono.

The Black Bears get the 2026 season underway on February 13 as they travel to Duke for a four-game series on opening weekend.
Maine travels to High Point for four games on March 20-22 before wrapping up the month of February with three games at Winthrop on February 27 through March 1.

Maine travels to Dayton on March 6-8 before taking making their last full weekend road trip of the non-conference season against Nebraska on March 13-15.

Maine plays one game at Omaha on March 16 and one game at Navy on March 18 before starting up America East play on March 20 through March 22 at UMBC. The Black Bears took two of three from the Retrievers last season.

The Black Bears make their first appearance in Orono on March 27 as they host UMass Lowell for a three-game series from the 27^th through the 29^th. The Black Bears took two of three from the River Hawks last season.

After a quick one-game trip to Boston College on March 31, Maine returns to Orono to take on Bryant on April 3-5. Bryant swept the Black Bears last season with all three games being played in Smithfield.

Maine heads to Northeastern on April 11 and the 12 as they take on Northeastern for two games and Merrimack for one game.

After hosting Husson on April 14, Maine heads to NJIT for three games from April 17-19 and one game at Boston College on the 21^st. Maine took four of six games from the Highlanders last season.

Maine hosts UMBC for the second three-game series of the season on April 24-26 and hosts Bowdoin on April 28.

After taking on Northeastern in Portland on April 29, with more details to follow at a later date on the matchup, Maine hits the road for their final road trip of the season, playing three games on Binghamton on May 1-3 and three games at UMass Lowell on May 8-10. Binghamton took four of the six games from the Black Bears last season.

Maine wraps up the 2026 regular season at home as they host Merrimack on May 12 and UAlbany on May 14-16. The Black Bears swept the regular season series against the Great Danes last season before being eliminated in the America East Tournament by them in May.

The America East Tournament will begin on May 19 at Binghamton and is set to run through May 23, with May 24 being a weather reschedule date.
