ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine women's cross country program was named 11th in the USTFCCCA Northeast Regional poll, the USTFCCCA announced on Monday.
The Black Bears move up three spots from the preseason poll, and now sit at one of the highest regional rankings in school history.
Maine is coming off of a 18-40 win over Army back on August 29th, where
Megan Randall took home the individual win with a time of 17:59.6.
Veselja Treacy,
Evelyn Wool, and
Kennedy Taylor rounded out the top four for Maine.
Maine is back in action on Saturday September 20 as they compete in the Maine State Meet.
