BOSTON –
Nolan Renwick scored 11 minutes and two seconds into the second overtime to send the second-seeded University of Maine past Northeastern, 4-3, in the Hockey East Tournament semifinal.Â
With the win, Maine will now face UConn in tomorrow's 7:30 p.m. Hockey East Tournament championship game.Â

The Black Bears took a 1-0 lead with six minutes to play in the first period and then made it 2-0 early in the second, with
Owen Fowler potting both goals for Maine.

The Huskies responded, though, with three straight goals. It was 2-2 at the second intermission and then Northeastern took a 3-2 lead less than five minutes into the third period. Maine found the equalizer with 7:17 to go in the third to force overtime.
After a scoreless first overtime,
Charlie Russell fed Renwick at the left post for the game-winning goal.
