Black Bears Scoring Breakdown:
Will Burns got Maine on the board first as he hit an RBI single to shortstop, scoring Brody Rasmussen (BB - SBx2) on the play.
Maine added a pair of runs in the sixth inning on back-to-back plays as Rasmussen singled home Quinn Murphy (BB) before Chris Bear (1B) scored on a wild pitch.
Rasmussen added another RBI to his outing on a sac-fly in the eighth frame to score Bear (1B), ultimately sending the contest to extra innings.
Maine struck first in extra innings as Bear hit his second home run of the season, this one being a solo shot to left field.
