BOSTON, MA - The Maine women's ice hockey team was downed by Harvard, 5 to 1, on Saturday at Bright Landry Hockey Center.
Junior forward
Lila Shea put the Black Bears on the board first, halfway through the first period. Shea's second goal of the season was assisted by junior defender
Jaidyn Britt.
The Black Bears held the lead for the next four minutes until Harvard tied up the game. Harvard would go on to score four more unanswered goals. The last goal was an empty-net goal to seal the 5-1 win.
