Boston, MA - The Maine women's ice hockey team defeated Harvard in overtime on Friday at Bright Landry Hockey Center.
Gracie Hanson scored the game-winning goal three minutes into the overtime period to secure Maine's 4-3 win.
After a scoreless first period,
Raegan Wurm opened the scoring for the Black Bears a few minutes into the second period. The second period came with a tip-in goal by
Mackenzie Podewell as well as a powerplay goal by
Lily Fetch.

Stephanie Jacob,
Paige Fong,
Brenna Curl and
Raegan Wurm each had one assist.
Harvard scored with 20 seconds left in the game on a powerplay opportunity to push in the game into overtime before
Gracie Hanson ended the game for the Black Bears.
