ORONO, Maine - Hockey East and NESN have released an initial slate of games that will air on the region's top sports network during the 2025-26 season. Maine women's hockey will be featured at least once on NESN this season, starting with Saturday, Nov 8 as the team faces Boston University. The game time has been moved up to 3:30 PM at Alfond Arena. The annual Skate with the Bears event will follow the conclusion of the game on Nov. 8.
 
Puck drop is set for 3:30 pm and the post-game event is scheduled for approximately 5:50 p.m., depending on the conclusion of the game against the Terriers.
 
This popular family event is a great opportunity for fans of all ages to meet the players have their pictures taken.
