Orono, Maine -- The America East conference has announced the 2022-23 men's basketball league schedule, as released on Tuesday, Sept. 12. The Black Bears will play a 16-game conference schedule, beginning on Jan. 5 and concluding on Feb. 28.

Maine will begin the conference portion of the schedule with a road matchup against UMass Lowell on Jan. 5.

The Black Bears return home for a two-game home stand where they will host NJIT on Jan. 8 at "The Pit" and New Hampshire on Jan. 11 at the Cross Insurance Center.

Following stops at UMBC on Jan. 14 and Vermont on Jan. 19, The Black Bears return to the Cross Insurance Center for a pair of games as they will host Binghamton on Jan. 22 and UMass Lowell on Jan. 25.

Maine then heads out on the road to face off against UAlbany on Jan. 28 and Bryant on Feb. 1.

The Black Bears return home for a pair of matchups against UMBC on Feb. 4 at "The Pit" and against Vermont on Feb. 8 at the Cross Insurance Center.

Maine heads to NJIT for a quick one-game trip on Feb. 11 before returning to "The Pit" to host UAlbany on Feb. 15.

The Black Bears wrap up the road portion of their conference schedule with a two-game trip to New Hampshire on Feb. 22 and Binghamton on Feb. 25.

Maine returns to the Cross Insurance Center on Feb. 28 to conclude the 2022-23 season as they face off against Bryant.
