ORONO, Maine - Frank Jordan, a life long University of Maine ice hockey fan and supporter, hosted his legendary golf tournament this past Monday, July 18. The Frank Jordan UMaine Hockey Golf Classic benefits Black Bear hockey.

The golf tournament, hosted at the Martindale Country Club in Auburn, Maine, has played a vital part in the success and growth of Maine hockey. Countless alumni, fans, and supporters have played in and supported the FJ Golf Classic. 

'Flash' is a main stay with Maine hockey. Having made the trip overseas to the Friendship Four to making his presence known at hundreds of home and away games, Frank 'Flash' Jordan is an extremely important part of the ice hockey program at the University of Maine.
