Casals and Vicens Selected to Summer League All-Star Teams

The University of Maine baseball's sophomore third baseman, Danny Casals and incoming first year Brandon Vicens were selected to summer league All-Star teams this past week.
Casals, a member of the Bellingham Bells, was selected to the West Coast League North Team. He is currently leading the Bells in doubles with eight and has 26 hits. The 2016 West Coast League All-Star game will be played on July 19 in Longview, Washington.
Incoming first year player Brandon Vicens, currently playing for the Covington Lumberjacks, was selected as a member of the Valley Baseball League All-Star game for the South Team. Vicens helped lead his team to a 10-4 victory over the North squad on Sunday.
