2019-20 Indoor: Won the ECAC Championships...Was a part of a second place finish in the 4x4 (3:59.66) at the Bison Open...finished fifth in the 60hurdles (9.22) at the Fasttack Last Chance meet
2018-19 Outdoor: Competed at the NCAA East Region Prelims finishing sixth in her heat and 41st overall (1:01.92) … Was third TU 400-meter hurdler and second consecutive in the event to compete at the NCAA East Region Prelims … Helped Towson finish second overall at the ECAC and CAA Championships during the outdoor season … The ECAC finish was the best in program history … CAA champion in the 400-meter hurdles (personal best 59.11) … Was fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at the CAA Championships (14.53) … Member of school record and CAA champion 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:42.82) … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Doc Anderson Invitational and Towson Invitational … Was second in the 400-meter hurdles and won the 100-meter hurdles at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational … Member of winning 4 x 400-relay team at the Towson Invitational …
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets … Opened the indoor season by running personal best times in the 60-meter hurdles (9.16) and 500-meter run (1:20.25) at the Navy Winter Invitational … Ran personal best time in the 300-meter dash (41.93) at the Penn State National meet.
2017-18 Outdoor: Helped Towson finish third at the CAA Championships and ECAC Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championship … Was 28th in the 400-meter hurdles at the ECAC Championships (1:05.54) … Was 16th in the triple jump (34-2) and a member of the 4 x 400-meter relay team that finished third at the CAA Championships (3:43.91) … Ran a personal best 1:02.42 at the Florida Relays … Also competed in the Penn Relays … Ran a personal best time of 14:55 in the 100 hurdles in the preliminary round of the CAA Championships … Won the triple jump at the JMU Invitational (36-5)Â
2017-18 Indoor: Competed in two indoor meets … Was eighth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.37) at the Sweetheart Multi-Mix Madness and 12th in the Fastrack Last Chance (9.49) … A member of the 4 x 200-meter relay team that was seventh at the Sweetheart Multi-Mix Madness (1:51.52).Â
High School: Placed first in the 100m hurdles at the NJSIAA Group 4 State Championships with a personal best of 14.43a...won the 400m hurdles with a time of 60.87a at the Central-Groups 1 &4 Championships...clocked a 61.77a in the 400m at the NJSIAA Group 4 State Championships to receive gold...ran a 14.63a at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions to place fifth overall.
