Biography

IN 2010-11: Placed 22nd in the women’s 100 yard butterfly, 22nd in the 200 yard butterfly, and 27th in the 200 yard IM at the 2011 America East Championships. Honored with the team's Chandler Comeback Award

IN 2009-10: Placed 20th in the 200 yard fly with a time of 2:13.61 at the America East Championships ... Finished 29th in the 500 freestyle at the AEC in 5:17.71 ... Was 23rd in the 400 IM at the AEC with a time of 4:53.54 ... A member of the sixth place 800 yard freestyle relay team at the AEC.

IN 2008-09: Finished 24th in the 100 fly event with a time of 1:01.18 at the America East Championships...took home 27th in the 200 IM in 2:17.11 at the America East Championships...Placed sixth in the 200 fly versus Bryant and URI (11/3)...Finished third in the 100 fly against Vermont (11/7)...Was part of the winning 200 medley relay team against Bowdoin (1/24)...Took home second place in the 100 fly against Boston University (2/7)...Named to the America East Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE MAINE: Served as captain for coach Cindi Howard for the 2007-08 season at Bangor High School.

PERSONAL: A marine science major... Born October 12th, 1989... Daughter of Lisa and David Barnett.
