University of Maine Athletics

IN 2015-16: Appeared in all 35 games for Maine in her Junior season, tallying 8 points on 5 goals and 3 assists, including 2 power play goals, a short-handed goal, and a game winner. Goals came against Brown (10/24), Robert Morris (11/27), Boston College (12/6), Vermont (1/9), and against Providence (1/30). Member of the Hockey East All-Academic team for the second time.

IN 2014-15: Appeared in 31 games for Maine... Added three assists against BU (10/25) and scored her first career goal at Brown (11/8), where she also added an assist for a two point game... Ended the season with two goals and six assists for a total of eight points on the season. 

IN 2013-14: Appeared in 11 games for the Black Bears in her rookie season.

Before Maine: Assistant captain of the Pursuit of Excellence team. Recorded 16 goals, and 12 assists in 34 games. Won a Provincial Championship and assistant captained the team. Honor roll student throughout high school.

Personal: Born April 17, 1995. Double majoring in Finance and Marketing. Spent the last 2 summers working for an Energy Company in Calgary, plans to continue in that field after graduation. Daughter of Adrian and Connie Sakundiak. Has 1 older sister, Taylor. When not playing hockey, enjoys golf, tennis, and water sports.
