Will Schoolcraft joined the Black Bears sports performance staff in March of 2024.
Schoolcraft joined the Black Bears following two seasons as the assistant strength and conditioning coach and fitness center manager at Saint Anselm College. In the role, Schoolcraft designed, implemented, and coached training programs for women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, men's basketball, men's ice hockey, baseball, women's lacrosse, and the Division I women's ice hockey team.
Prior to his time at Saint Anselm, Schoolcraft spent the 2021-22 season as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston College. With the Eagles, he assistant in implementing programmed lifts of all 23 Division I teams while coaching and implementing resistance training programs for men's cross country and women's rowing.
Schoolcraft also served internship stints at Appalachian State University and Fitchburg State University.
Schoolcraft earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Fitchburg State in Dec. 2020 before obtaining a Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning from Merrimack College in May of 2022.
