JUNIOR (2016-2017): INDOOR: Placed 4th and ran a seasonal best in the 3000m run (8:46.05), at the Maine and New Hampshire Dual meet... Ran a personal best in the 5000m run (15:30.25), at the 2016 America East Indoor Championships.

SOPHOMORE (2014-2015): INDOOR: Placed first at the UNH and UMaine meet in the 3000 meters (8:43.16)...Third at the Dartmouth, Maine, Vermont and Colgate meet in the 3000 meters (8:41.37)...Fifth at the Joe Donahue Games in the 3000 meters (8:42.03)...Second at the UNH, Maine and Bowdoin meet in the 4x8 relay (8:36.88) and seventh in the mile run (4:29.06)...Third at the Maine and Holy Cross dual meet in the 3000 meters (8:35.04)...Second at the Maine and New Hampshire dual meet in the 3000 meters (8:37.00)...31st at the America East Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000 meters (9:13.91).

FRESHMAN (2013-2014): INDOOR: Placed fourth at the UNH and UMaine meet in the 3000 meters (8:58.34)...Fourth at the Bates College Indoor Invitational in the mile run (4:32.13)...Seventh at the Maine and Holy Cross meet in the 3000 meters (8:51.55)...Fourth at the Maine and New Hampshire dual meet in the 3000 meters (8:53.22)...30th at the America East Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000 meters (9:10.56).

OUTDOOR: Placed sixth at the UNH, Maine, Holy Cross, Northeastern, USM and Bowdoin meet in the 3000 meters (8:56.71)...Ninth at the UNH Wildcat Invitational in the 5000 meters (15:52.35)...Ninth at the Holy Cross Invitational 2014 in the 5000 meters (15:35.38)...16th at the America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000 meters (32:46.57).

BEFORE MAINE: Attended Edward Little High School where he was a captain his Junior and Senior seasons under coach Daniel Campbell...He also participated in cross country and skiing.
