Biography
2025-26: Appeared in 25 games for the Black Bears, starting in two. Averaged 2.9 PPG on 11.2 MPG. Recorded a season-best 14 points against NJIT on Jan. 10. Also grabbed a season-best five rebounds in the game, one of two games with five rebounds on the season (vs Brown - Nov. 23).
BEFORE MAINE: A transfer from Wichita St., Bamba joins the Black Bears after spending two seasons with the Shockers. He appeared in four games in the 2024-25, scoring his first career points against Alcorn State. He was named to the AAC All-Academic Team in 2023-24. In high school, he helped lead Jean de Brebeuf to an 18-4 record and a third place finish in the RSEQ Provincial Championship. He averaged 13.5 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 3.7 APG and 1.8 SPG.
