ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine football team will be hosting its third annual 7-on-7 High School Tournament on July 27 at Alfond Stadium.

The tournament will consists of round robin play in the morning followed by a single elimination playoff round in the afternoon. Each game will be officiated by University of Maine coaches.

Tournament cost is $200 per team and athletes should bring a lunch and snacks, footballs, jersey, sneakers and cleats.

No football pads are needed. Players will receive a UMaine t-shirt for participating.

All players will need to fill out the medical forms (health interviews, permission for medical treatment release and Assumption of Risk form) and bring them to the tournament.
