University of Maine Athletics

Lynn Coutts was named Senior Associate Director of Athletics in the summer of 2015.

Coutts, who spent four years as the head coach of the University of Maine softball team, graduated from the University of Maine in 1987. Coutts was a four-year letterwinner for the Black Bears from 1983-87, earning All-America honors in 1987. In addition, Coutts served as an assistant coach for the Black Bears from 1990-94 and is a member of the UMaine Sports Hall of Fame.
