Rob McGovern (Weymouth, Mass.) received his first career start in net for the Black Bears on Saturday Oct. 10 agasint #4 ranked North Dakota. McGovern the 6'4" goaltender, had a huge performance for Maine, saving 44 shots on the night. He helped Maine earn the shootout win against North Dakota.
