OUTDOOR (2019):  Placed 1st in the 4x400 (3:28.13) at the New Hampshire Season Opener (4/6) ... Had a career high score of 6019 in the Decathlon, good for 7th place at the SCSU Northeast Combined Events Challenge (4/11-4/12) ... Threw a career long Diskus (33.39) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).

INDOOR (2018-2019):  Placed 1st in the Heptathlon, scoring a 4416 at the New Hampshire v UMaine Meet (11/30-12/1) ... Had a career best 8.75 in the 60m Hurdle at the Dartmouth v New Hampshire v UMaine v Vermont Meet (12/8) ... Placed 1st in the High Jump (1.95m) and had a career best 7.12 in the 60m, also good for 1st, at the Bates Invitational and Multi (1/18-1/19) ... Had a career high score of 4618 in the Heptathlon, placing 5th at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (2/1-2/2) ... Ran a career best 22.53 in the 200m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/8-2/9) ... Finished 3rd in the Heptathlon (4568) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/22-2/23).

OUTDOOR (2017): Ran for a personal best in the 110m Hurdles (16.91), at the Holy Cross Invitational ... Had a personal best in High Jump (1.85m), at UNH Wildcat Invitational ... Had a personal best in Long Jump (5.85m), at UMass Pre-Conference Meet ... Had a personal best in Shot PUt (10.05m), at the UNH April 8th Meet ... Had a personal best in Discus (27.00m), at the Maine, New Hampshire, Bates Meet ... Had a personal best in 100m (11.49), 400m (55.50), 1500m (5:10.95), Pole Vault (3.30m), Javelin (36.02), and the Decathlon (5182), at the America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

INDOOR (2016-2017): Ran for a personal best in the 60m Dash (7.22), at the Dartmouth vs Maine vs New Hampshire meet ... Had a personal best in the 60m Hurdles (9.02), at the University of Maine and University of New Hampshire meet ... Had a personal best in High Jump (1.85m), placing 3rd at the Dartmouth vs Maine vs New Hampshire meet.
