Biography

2014: Started eight games at right guard ... played a large part in building Maine's run game which produced 100+ yard rushers in two of its final three games.

2013: Appeared in 13 games ... bolstered a Black Bears' offensive line which ranked second in the league in pass offense (253.7), fifth in scoring offense (30.0), fifth in total offense (429.8) and fifth in rushing offense (176.2) ... assisted in paving the way for three 600+ yard rushers for the Black Bears.

2012: Saw action in three games, at Bryant (9/15), at Delaware (10/6) and vs. Georgia State (11/10) ... Notched one tackle at Boston College.

2011: Satout the season as a redshirt...has four years of eligibility remaining

BEFORE MAINE/PERSONAL: Captain for coach Eric Henderson at West Potomac High School...named First Team Coaches All-Patriot District, First Team All-Northern Region, First Team Virginia Preps AAA All-State and Second Team Washington Post All-Met...also All-District in the shot put . . . earned his school’s student-athlete award . . . an Eagle Scout . . . born May 3, 1993 . . . son of Cynthia and Bradley Carriker . . . majoring in construction management technology.
