SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Ran a career best 23:42.8 in the 6K, finishing 29th at the Maribel Sanchez Souther XC Invitational (9/8) ... Finished 12th in the 5K (20:14.7) UMaine v Army West Point Dual Meet (8/31) ... Placed 7th in the 5K (20:03.0) at the UMaine v New Hampshire Dual meet (9/14).

FRESHMAN (2017-18):  Placed 11th at the Maine and Army West Point Duel Meet, running a 19:38.0 in the 5.12K ... Placed 29th at the UMass Minuteman XC Invitational, running a 18:53.1 in the 5K ... Finished 4th at the Maine and New Hampshire XC Meet, running a 19:41.0 in the 5.12K ... Participated in both the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown and the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship, finishing 160th and 129th respectively ... Finished 60th at the America East Conference CC Run Championship, running a 19:58.2 in the 3.1M.

Before Maine: Two-time Berkshire County MVP … Western Massachusetts Regional Champion during senior year … Helped Lenox to go undefeated as Western Mass champions from 2014 to 2016 … Led Lenox as the state runner-ups in 2014 and 2015.

Personal: Marine science major … Older brother Jake plays baseball for Lyndon State College … Enjoys cross country skiing.
