2018 Outdoor:  Finished 5th in the 5000m at the UMass Pre-Conference, running a 18:45.09.

2017-2018 Indoor:  Finished 4th in the 3000m at the UNH vs Maine - The Dual, running a 11:02.62 ... Finished 3rd in the 3000m at the Bates Invitational & Multi, running a 10:44.54 ... Finished 4th in the 3000m at the UNH Home Meet, running a 10:35.67 ... Finished 2nd in the 3000m at the Maine-UNH-Husson Meet, running a 10:39.40 ... Ran a career best 10:32.45 in the 3000m at the America East Indoor Track & Field Championships.

OUTDOOR (2016): Placed 7th and ran for a personal best in the 3000m (10:56.69), at the UNH meet... Placed 6th and ran for a personal best in the 5000m (18:44.52), at the Holy Cross Invitational.

INDOOR (2016): Placed 5th and ran for a personal best in the Mile Run (5:25.51), at the Maine and New Hampshire Dual meet.

OUTDOOR (2015): Ran for a personal best in the 1500m (5:09.78), at the UMass Pre-Conference meet... Placed 9th and ran for a seasonal best in the 3000m (11:17.76), at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.

INDOOR (2015): Placed 5th and ran for a seasonal high in the Mile Run (5:35.48), at the Maine and New Hampshire Dual meet... Ran for a seasonal high in the 3000m (11:22.94), at the Joe Donahue Games.

BEFORE MAINE: Went to Belfast High School where she was a captain her Senior year under coach Joann Neatey and was awarded with the coaches award for indoor and outdoor Senior seasons.

PERSONAL: Born March 18, 1996...Daughter of Melissa and Chad Howard.
