General ticket information and student ticket information for the 2026-27 season.
ORONO, Maine – The University of Maine men's ice hockey team is set to begin the 2026-27 home slate on Friday, Oct. 9 against Quinnipiac at Alfond Arena.
Fans attending games at Alfond Arena this season can find general ticket information and student ticket information below.
GENERAL TICKETS
Limited single-game tickets for the 2026-27 season are available for purchase at GoBlackBears.com/MIHTickets.
For any games that are currently sold out, additional tickets may become available online if tickets are returned or released prior to gameday. Fans are encouraged to purchase in advance. There is an additional $7 fee per ticket at the Black Bear Ticket Office on gameday.
Tickets for all games may also become available for purchase through SeatGeek, the Black Bears' verified secondary market partner. The Black Bear Ticket Office can provide customer service only for tickets purchased through GoBlackBears.com or SeatGeek.
STUDENT TICKETING
Maine Athletics is pleased to offer all full-time and part-time UMaine undergraduate and graduate students a chance to claim their FREE tickets to all ticketed events held at the University of Maine.
The UMaine student ticket portal will open each Sunday afternoon at 12 p.m. At that time, students will have the opportunity to log into their student account and reserve seats for games taking place over the next nine day period. The student ticket portal will remain open until 48 hours prior to the start of the event or until all student tickets for that event have been reserved. When available, students may still claim tickets at the gates to each event by presenting a valid MaineCard ID. Students will have the option to return a reserved ticket up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event to avoid a penalty to their account.
How to reserve a student ticket:
1. Visit GoBlackBears.com/tickets
2. Click on the "Student Tickets" tab.
3. Login using your UMaine student login and password.
4. Once logged in, click on "Maine Athletics Student Tickets".
5. Click the sport you're searching for.
6. Click on the game you're interested in attending and then click 'Buy Now'.
7. Follow all remaining prompts to checkout and finalize your selection by clicking 'Place Order'.
8. To download your ticket, enter your mobile phone number where prompted. Your ticket will also be emailed to your @maine.edu email address.
9. Once you receive your ticket, you are encouraged to add it to your Google or Apple wallet.
