Gameday parking information for the 2026-27 Maine men’s ice hockey season.
ORONO, Maine – During the 2026-27 University of Maine men's ice hockey season, the University of Maine will implement various road closures, parking lot closures and traffic pattern changes throughout campus for every home game.
Additionally, an ADA accessible shuttle service provided by Cyr Bus Line is available to fans throughout the season. Details on parking options, shuttle operations and a map are below.
UMaine Police will be present every game to assist with traffic flow procedures. If necessary, UMaine Athletics will share updates ahead of time so fans can easily plan their trip and enjoy a smooth gameday experience.
PARKING
- VIP and ADA parking is available via Alfond Drive in Lot C.
- Fans with these designations and passes are encouraged to arrive via Stillwater Ave in Old Town.
- Day-of-game parking is available for purchase for $25 in Lot D.
- All other blue and black signed lots are free and open to the public.
- All other parking is available via the Sebec, Munson and Rangeley Road entrances.
- Lot A and Lot B are reserved for fans with a valid 2026-27 season parking pass.
- Visitors to campus are encouraged to arrive via exit 191 and drive through Orono to access campus.
- Long Road will close two hours before puck drop for pedestrian safety.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
A free ADA accessible shuttle bus provided by Cyr Bus Line will be available to fans attending Maine men's ice hockey games. Fans may park in the Collins Center or Belgrade lots on the east side of campus and ride the shuttle to Alfond Arena.
Shuttle service will begin two hours prior to puck drop, with return trips available at the completion of games. The designated pickup/drop-off locations are the front of CCA Lot and the front of Alfond Arena. The shuttle will not make stops to other areas on campus.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER PARKING
Season Ticket Holders must have a valid 2026-27 season parking pass to park in Lot A or Lot B. Parking access in Lot A and Lot B is limited to fans who purchased a 2026-27 season parking pass.
