ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine cross country programs are set to open the season on Friday in a dual meet against Army.
Event Information:
Kyle McClellan: The graduate student competed in five events last season for the Black Bears and is one of the key returners for the program. McClellan's best performance last season came in the season opener against Army where he finished fifth with a time of 25:35.8.
Harry Greiner: The senior competed in five events last season for the Black Bears and is one of the key returners for the program. Greiner's best performance last season came in the season opener against Army where he finished sixth with a time of 25:36.2.
Female Athletes to Highlight:
Veselja Treacy: The senior competed in five events last season for the Black Bears and is one of the key returners for the program that is coming off of their first America East title in program history. Treacy's best performance last season came in the America East Championships where she finished 11th with a time of 17:53.7.
Katelyn Macnamara: The senior competed in five events last season for the Black Bears and is one of the key returners for the program and was a part of the program's first title in program history. Macnamara's best performance last season came in the New England Championships where she finished 41st with a time of 18:38.8.
