BRUNSWICK, Maine -- The University of Maine men's cross country program finished 2nd in the Maine State Meet on Saturday September 20, with a score of 48.
Logan Ross finished as Maine's top overall finisher and finishing 2nd overall with a time of 25:57.71. Ross had the overall lead during the competition and fought for the top spot all the way until the end of the meet.Â
Carter Libby rounded out the overall top five in the 8k with a time of 26:24.05.
Owen Transue rounded out Maine's top three finishers at 10th overall with a time of 26:32.46.
Maine returns to action on Friday September 26 as they travel to the University of Missouri for the Gans Creek Classic.
