ORONO, Maine — The University of Maine men's and women's cross country teams have released their schedules for the 2025 season.

The Black Bears kick off the fall slate by hosting Army on Friday, Aug. 29 at Saxl Park in Bangor. It's then off to the Maine State Meet, hosted on Saturday, Sept. 20 by Bowdoin in Brunswick. 

Maine will then head south to Columbia, Mo. for the Gans Creek Classic on Friday, Sept. 26 at the University of Missouri. 

The Black Bears return to Northeast for the New England XC Championships on Friday, Oct. 10 at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in New Hampshire. 

The 2025 America East Championships take place on Friday, Oct. 31 and the NCAA Northeast Regional is set for Friday, Nov. 14 — both races are at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds.
