Orono, Maine -- UMaine Athletics is excited to announce that a winner for the naming of the new concession stand on the concourse of Alfond Arena has been chosen!

After nearly 1,500 votes were cast onto the four finalists, a winner was crowned... "Rafters"!

The final votes were:
Rafters - 411
Hibernation Station - 392
Maine-iac Shack - 381
Breakaway Bites - 277

The fan who submitted the name, "Rafters" will be contacted by the UMaine Marketing Team in the coming days to claim your prize, a free Maine Hockey jersey and a special Black Bear Prize Pack!
