ORONO, Maine – The Colgate Raiders picked up a 3-2 win over the #10 University of Maine men's ice hockey team on Friday night at Alfond Arena.
 
The Raiders took a 1-0 lead just over three minutes into the game with a power-play goal but the Black Bears responded with two goals. Oskar Komarov and Justin Poirier scored three minutes apart for a 2-1 lead after the first period.
 
Colgate tied the game up early in the second period and then took a 3-2 lead with power-play tally 12 minutes later. Maine searched for the equalizer, firing a barrage of shots over the final 45 seconds, but couldn't find the equaliz.er
