Orono, ME - The America East Conference named Maine's Luke Marsanskis the America East Male Performer of the Week, as announced Tuesday.

Marsanskis competed in the Gans Creek Invitational on Friday Sept. 27 hosted by the University of Missouri. He finished the meet with a time of 23:17.9 which was the fastest time for Maine and finished in the top 7 in overall finish times.

Marsanskis and the Black Bears return to the course on Oct. 11 when they take on Franklin Pierce.
