ORONO, Maine – The #5 University of Maine men's ice hockey team will close out the first semester with a pair of home games against the Stonehill Skyhawks on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 at Alfond Arena.

Puck drop on Saturday is set for 2 p.m. while Sunday's tilt is slated for a 3 p.m. start. Both non-conference contests will stream on ESPN+, with an international stream available via Hockey East/Stretch Internet. The games can also be listened to via 92.9 FM or online at GoBlackBears.com/MIHRadio.

During the first intermission of Saturday's game,
the Black Bears will be holding a Teddy Bear Toss. Following Sunday's contest, both the men's and women's ice hockey teams are set to host theÂ
annual Skate with the Bears event.Â

• Anthony Galante has a team-leading 16 points from nine goals and seven assists while Henri Schreifels has nine points on three goals and six assists.

Connor Androlewicz – a four-year member of the University of Maine men's ice hockey team who graduated this past spring – has started 13 games between the pipes … he is 6-7-0 with a 3.12 goals against average, .902 save percentage and one shutout.
• David Berard is in his first season as head coach of the Skyhawks.
