Orono, ME - The University of Maine's Luke Marsanskis was named to the America East Runners to Watch list for the America East Cross Country Championships on Saturday, the conference announced on Wednesday.

Marsanskis was named one of four runners to this list. Luke has captured a 7th place finish in the Gans Creek Invitational back on Sept 27 and a 1st Place overall finish back on Oct 11 in the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup. Both of these events lead to an America East Male Performer of the Week award.

Marsanskis and the Black Bears will be in action in the America East Cross Country Championship hosted by the University of Vermont on Saturday Nov 2. The Championships will be streamed on the America East Website via America East TV.
