The University of Maine men's and women's track and field team each placed fourth at the Holy Cross Invitational, the men with 82.5 points and the women with 89 points.

Mackenzie Wilson set a new University of Maine record in the hammer throw coming in first in the event with a mark of 61.58, moving up to first on Maine's all-time top-10 list.

Jessica Kroushl had an impressive day coming in third in the 100m with a time of 12.10 that tied her for fifth on Maine's all-time top-10 list. Kroushl also placed fourth in the 200m (25.54).

In the shot put, Paige Boudreau placed second (13.03m) and moved to sixth on Maine's all-time top-10 list. Stella Inman placed third (12.57m) and became tenth on Maine's all-time top-10 list. Lastly, Claudia Damboise placed fifth with a 12.04m mark.

Ashley Martinez placed first in the high jump with a mark of 1.65m.

Cole Martin placed first in the 100m with a time of 10.54 and placed fifth in the 200m with a time of 22.10.

In the discus, Nathan Holst-Grubbe came in second (50.67m) and moved into third all time for Maine in the event. Marek Veal placed fifth (48.47m) and is now tied for ninth on Maine's all-time top-10 list.
