Amherst, MA - Senior, Zachary Beaton placed first in the Decathlon at the UMass Multis with a score of 6174.

This score was a new personal record for Beaton in the event, moving him up to sixth on Maine's all-time top-10 list. Beaton placed first overall in the long jump, high jump, 110 hurdles, pole vault, and 1500 m run events in the Decathlon to help bring him into first place.
