Track and Field Compete at Day 2 of Raleigh Relays

Raleigh, NC - The University of Maine men's and women's track and field teams competed in day two of the Raleigh Relays.

Notable Performances:

  • Nathan Holst-Grubbe led the way for the Black Bears coming in fourteenth in the discus with a mark of 48.04m.
  • In the men's 100m Cole Martin came in thirty-second with a time of 10.92.
  • Owen Mild placed sixty second in the 400m (49.94) and Tanner Burton placed fortieth in the 100m hurdles (16.24).
  • On the women's side, they were led by Ashley Martinez who placed twenty-ninth in the high jump with a 1.62m mark.
  • Jessica Kroushl ran the 100m in 12.53 earning her fifty-eighth place.
