Lynden Breen and Victor Ostman Named Hockey East Second Team All-Stars

WAKEFIELD, Massachusetts -- The Hockey East Association announced Friday, March 10, the 2022-23 all-conference teams. University of Maine junior forward Lynden Breen and junior goaltender Victor Ostman were both named Hockey East Second Team All-Stars.
Lynden Breen finished the regular season with 35 games played and 34 total points (19G & 15A). The forward led the team in goals and was the only Black Bear with 10 or more goals. He also finished second in assists, trailing Ben Poisson by two. The Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick native was named February's Hockey East Player of the Month.
Victor Ostman, appearing in 32 of Maine's 35 games, posted a 2.18 goals against average and .919 save percentage. He logged a career high in wins (14) and shutouts (five). The Danderyd, Sweden native was named December's Hockey East Player of the Month and Goaltender of the Week (Feb. 27).
