Orono, Maine - Julia Bachetti of the University of Maine women's ice hockey team earned Hockey East's Rookie of the Week award for the second time this season, Hockey East announced Monday.

Julia Bachetti has started in the last four games for Maine, picking up four consecutive wins, three of which over a ranked opponent. The Tecumseh native made 29 saves in Maine's 3-2 win over ranked Vermont on Friday. On Saturday, Bachetti made 29 more saves for her second career shutout over Holy Cross. The team put up six goals by six different players in the victory. 

Julia Bachetti leads rookie goaltenders among Hockey East with a .935 save %. 

The women's ice hockey team hosts Dartmouth on neutral ice in Portland, ME on December 9 at Cross Insurance Arena.
