PREVIEW: Women's Ice Hockey travels to Boston College for conference series

ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine women's ice hockey team will travel to Boston College for a pair of conference games November 3/4. 

The Maine Black Bears (3-5-0, 1-3-0 HE) hit the road after a single home game against Boston University, that ended in favor of Boston University, 4-3. 

About the Series:
  • The Maine Black Bears are sitting at 1-3-0 in Hockey East conference-play, whereas Boston College (5-0-1) is undefeated in Hockey East matchups.
  • The two teams faced off three times last season, with the Eagles winning two of the games both by a score of 4-1. The third game ended in a tie before the Black Bears won in the OT period.
